This policy applies to subscription orders, recurring purchases, pre-orders, and any other purchase options offered through parachew.com.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel:
Log in to your account at parachew.com
Navigate to your subscription management page
Select the subscription you wish to cancel and follow the prompts
You may also email us at admin@mcabnutra.com with your order number and a request to cancel. Email cancellation requests are processed within 1–2 business days.
Cancellation Timing
Cancellations made before your next scheduled billing date will prevent the next charge and shipment. If your next order has already been processed or shipped at the time of your cancellation request, the cancellation will take effect for the following billing cycle. The current order will ship as scheduled and is non-refundable except in the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items (see our Return and Refund Policy).
Pausing a Subscription
If you would like to pause your subscription rather than cancel it, contact admin@mcabnutra.com and let us know how long you would like to pause. We will hold your subscription and resume billing on the date you specify.
Pre-Orders and Other Purchase Options
Pre-orders may be cancelled before the order has entered shipment processing by emailing admin@mcabnutra.com. Once a pre-order has been processed for shipment, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If a cancellation is approved before the order is processed, any payment captured will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
