Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping Method and Delivery Time
We ship all orders via DHL Expedited, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control may affect transit times.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. Any applicable promotions (such as free shipping over a threshold) will be reflected at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your DHL tracking number. You can track the shipment on the DHL website at dhl.com using the provided number.
Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned to us as undeliverable may be subject to a reshipment fee, which we will quote before re-sending.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If DHL tracking shows your order as delivered but it has not arrived, please first check with neighbors, household members, and your local DHL facility. If you still cannot locate it, email us at admin@mcabnutra.com and we will help you file a claim with DHL or determine next steps.
International Orders
If you are ordering from outside the United States, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country. Delivery times for international orders may vary based on customs processing in the destination country.
